Job summary

This hybrid role partners with Retail Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and external service providers to keep stores safe, compliant, and customer-ready. The successful candidate brings 7+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and proven ability to manage multiple projects across regions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, or maintenance project management.
• Experience supporting a high-volume, multi-site retail portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement for ~400 stores.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from intake to closeout and documentation.
• Prioritize requests by safety, continuity, regulatory, and financial impact.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, costs, risks, and communications.
• Monitor progress, address variances, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Serve as primary facilities contact with store managers and leadership.
• Lead vendor relationships, bid reviews, and contractor oversight.
• Escalate issues with clear recommendations for resolution.
