Job summary

Satellite Services, Inc. (SSI) seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee contract delivery at the site, ensure safety and quality, and manage staffing and schedules within budget.

You will serve as the single point of contact for the customer and drive performance toward objectives. The role requires 5+ years in contract management, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; government security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Maximo is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and manage multi‑story/multi‑tenant facilities.
• Government security clearance or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute project scope within budgeted guidelines, coordinating staffing and resources.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational needs based on project scope and customer demand.
• Establish procedures for efficient use of manpower and materials.
• Ensure safety and quality control measures are followed on the project.
• Oversee project milestones, cost tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with clients, vendors, and other departments.
