MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (CSi) seeks a skilled Project Manager to support a key government client. On-site at a USPS location in Carol Stream, IL with potential telework after onboarding.

The role covers contract administration, major repair/alteration projects, risk assessment, and coordination of vendors and teams across USPS facilities. Leadership and technical excellence are essential.

Formación

• Experience reviewing and appraising contracts within commercial real estate.
• MAI designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage architect/engineer contract administration.
• Provide technical expertise for facilities major repair and alteration projects.
• Identify risks, threats, and bottlenecks; assess project impact.
• Develop proactive strategies to achieve program objectives.
• Review repair and alteration drawings and specs for compliance and best value.
• Coordinate repair projects and small to medium alteration projects.
• Oversee all aspects of projects and coordinate completion.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
