Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget for design/construction efforts.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and university standards.
• Develop cost estimates, track budgets, and review change orders.
• Manage payment processes and project scheduling across phases.
• Mentor junior project managers and support training.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
