Job summary

Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of buildings. The role requires coordinating multiple trades, managing budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary contact for contract deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings extensive PM and supervisory experience, familiarity with building systems and HVAC, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience.
• 8 years in project management/supervisory role.
• Experience with buildings of similar size and complexity.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Building systems knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge of energy applications for building environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple trades within a portfolio of buildings.
• Lead across disciplines and manage client relationships; serve as the contact for contract communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from conception to completion; manage scope, budget, schedule, and deadlines; assist with IDIQ proposals.
