Job summary

Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services company, is hiring a Deputy Project Manager to support multiple locations. The Deputy PM will manage multiple trades within a portfolio of buildings and lead across disciplines to ensure project success.

You will plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion, manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, and proposal development for IDIQ work, while growing client relationships and ensuring contract

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Experience managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of similar size/type.
• 5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience.
• 8 years in project management/supervisory role.
• Experience with buildings of similar size/complexity.

The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) will:

Manage multiple trades within a portfolio of buildings.

Leadership: Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion. Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, TO management, and proposal development for IDIQ work.

Client Relations: Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication.

Compliance: Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables.

Energy Management: Primary liaison for energy performance standards.

Safety: Promote safe work environments.

Must have authority to act for the Contractor in every detail.

Physical location and availability subject to CO approval.

Authorized to accept notices, inspection reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen
• High School Degree or GED
• Experience in managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings.
• 5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience
• 8 years in project management/supervisory role
• Experience with similar size/complexity buildings
• Preferred Experience:
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Building System Knowledge
• Knowledge of Energy Applications as applied to managing building environment
