Job summary

Seagate Technology is offering a Summer 2027 Intern position for Facilities Project Management & Engineering at our Longmont campus. You will gain hands-on experience supporting a non-operations R&D site, working with Facilities pros, maintenance techs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to advance projects and workplace services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Experience with project management coursework, internships, or related work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking facilities projects from initiation through completion.
• Support scope development, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify project risks, track decisions, and support timely execution.
• Assist with development and administration of Statements of Work (SOWs) and facilities contracts.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including onboarding and renewals.
• Assist with procurement activities (PRs, POs, SAP tracking).
• Support supplier management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
