Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and statements of work for projects and proposals.
• Coordinate requests for proposals and manage vendor/service provider relations.
• Liaise with contractors to respond to questions and resolve issues.
• Review project documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Arrange and attend meetings with space, services, equipment, and material representatives.
• Analyze long-range needs and problems for facilities programs and operations.
