Job summary

RECARO Fort Worth is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead office and pilot plant capital and expense projects at the Fort Worth site. You will drive projects from scope through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our facilities and workplace operations.

You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor relationships and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations while advancing 5S and ESG initiatives as part of our continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of related experience preferred
• PMP certification (or PMI) preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local/state regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, access controls)
• Experience in budget planning and construction planning
• Ability to read and create drawings to support project activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate drawings, plans, scopes, and projects to improve the Fort Worth site
• Collaborate with other RECARO sites to standardize facilities, branding, and environmental practices
• Plan facility construction contracts balancing performance and cost while ensuring contract and quality standards
• Promote safe work environment and drive accountability through safety KPIs
• Coordinate site events, vendor planning, and task delegation for facilities activities
• Develop project scopes, bid comparisons, and support site 5S initiatives
• Maintain as-built CAD files and share with departments as needed
• Develop emergency preparedness plans and conduct audits to measure effectiveness
• Support ESG and ISO 14001 initiatives for facility improvements
• Coordinate space management projects and ensure compliance with laws and company policies
