Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking a Facilities Manager at our Fort Worth site. You will oversee building and equipment maintenance, grounds care, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, while planning long-term facility expansion to support growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (or 10 years equivalent); PMP and Lean/Six Sigma experience are preferred. You will manage budgets, vendors, and internal staff to deliver reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of experience; or 10 years of related experience.
• PMP preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity with Facility Management team.
• Identify current and future maintenance requirements.
• Plan budget and schedules for facility modifications, including cost estimates.
• Provide oversight to vendors/contractors to ensure building meets production requirements and codes.
• Lead vendor/contractor for building security surveillance and fire protection systems.
• Manage maintenance and service vendors for cleaning, plumbing, electrical & HVAC.
• Create and execute preventative maintenance plans for all building equipment and company vehicles.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are maintained to standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and legal regulations.
