Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Wichita is seeking a dedicated customer support professional with aviation knowledge to join our team.

You will adhere to work rules, coordinate with the Business Unit, report task status, and support short- to mid-term projects, with travel if needed. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a leading aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 2 years of customer support or aviation experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field with a technical, business or PM focus.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
• Participate in meetings and communicate Business Unit priority input for individual tasks or groups of tasks
• Communicate task status to team members and serve as primary point of contact for tasks or groups of tasks
• Responsible for analysis to drive actions within Bombardier internal partners
• Assist with the management and harmonization of short to medium term projects.
• Assist with Customer support issues
• Other duties as assigned
