Job summary

CB&I is looking for a Facilities Specialist based in Plainfield, Illinois, to assist in managing and monitoring facilities infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will engage in project management tasks and ensure maintenance of office facilities while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.

Successful applicants will have a background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role supports multiple functions including event planning and office inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance activities, especially in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of electronic wiring diagrams and blueprints is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and monitoring projects for Facilities upgrades and replacements.
• Ensure monitoring and maintenance of office inventory levels.
• Coordinate service visits and schedule necessary inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance standards and schedules.
