Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Manager, Program Management – Facilities Programs to shape nationwide maintenance and reliability strategies for our U.S. portfolio.

You will own a portfolio of programs, set governance, budgets and multi-year plans while driving proactive, planned work. You will lead a team of program managers, design preventive maintenance models, perform root-cause analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams to realize savings, uptime gains, and a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years leading teams and program management.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, reliability, or operations programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of national facilities programs and governance.
• Design preventive maintenance models and improve asset uptime.
• Partner across Engineering, Sourcing, Operations to deliver savings.
• Own program financials and monthly senior leader reporting.
• Align with Starbucks guiding principles and drive AI-enabled workflows.
