Qualifications

• Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in facilities or building operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of building codes, safety, accessibility, environmental regulations, and campus facility policies.
• Occasional night and weekend work will be required.
