Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Facilities Program Management Specialist to support Marine Corps installation programs by maintaining the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking milestones, and drafting Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for government leaders. You'll collect and analyze project data, update dashboards, and help ensure execution aligns with installation priorities and requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting program management, project coordination, installation operations, or infrastructure project tracking.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management.
Experience maintaining project schedules, dashboards, or technical documentation for programs or facilities projects.
Knowledge of program management practices and installation operations.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders for documentation, scheduling, scoping, or tracking.
Experience using MS Project, Excel dashboards, or SharePoint-based documentation systems.
Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree
PMP certification

Responsibilities

Maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a weekly basis.
Track project milestones and draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).

Support data-driven decision-making across Public Works, engineering, and operations.
