Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Facilities Manager to keep our 20 locations safe, functional, and running smoothly. You’ll own vendor and landlord relationships, lead relocations and buildouts from concept to move-in, and build scalable processes while handling the details at each site.

You’ll work on end-to-end planning across office and retail spaces, coordinate architects and general contractors, and travel to support nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on facilities management across multiple locations.
• Strong project management skills with blueprints/architectural drawings.
• Budgeting experience, invoicing, and cost control across sites.
• Ability to travel to support projects and moves, onsite in Denver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across 20 locations, triaging requests and maintaining safety and standards.
• Design and implement processes to automate manual components and scale operations.
• Vendor and landlord management, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs.
• Manage facilities budgets, invoices, and project expenses; drive cost efficiency.
