Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a senior facilities production engineering leader to own the software and data layer over the physical plant. You will architect telemetry from BMS and EPMS to operators and engineers, and set standards for controls integrations so every site speaks the same data language.

You have deep OT systems experience (BMS, EPMS, SCADA), a track record of scalable, high-availability infrastructure, and strong debugging skills across OT/IT boundaries.

Qualifications

• Senior technical voice on facilities or industrial software systems.
• Experience integrating OT systems (BMS, EPMS, SCADA) with modern data stacks.
• Able to debug across the OT/IT boundary with precision and composure.
• Architectural decisions that survive scale and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for facilities production engineering: software and data layer over the physical plant.
• Architect telemetry pipeline from BMS/EPMS into operator/engineer tooling.
• Set technical standards for controls integrations so sites share a common data language.
• Lead the hardest debugging when plant and software disagree to uncover truth.
