Responsibilities include light maintenance such as painting and minor repairs, cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, outdoor debris removal, timely response to requests, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• General maintenance or cleaning experience.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Must possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, and basic plumbing tasks.
• Cleaning and trashing-out units.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
