Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment in Wichita, KS is seeking a hands-on maintenance/groundskeeper to keep the building, benches, and equipment clean and orderly. You will also help keep the salvage yard tidy and support basic equipment cleaning and ordering tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for vehicle operation and occasional customer transport. You should move between tasks with minimal supervision and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in the trade and knowledge of tools.
• Ability to take instructions and interact with supervisors.
• Professional appearance and positive interpersonal manner.
• Able to move between tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep grounds clean from trash and loose items.
• Help keep the salvage yard clean and orderly.
• Assist in ordering and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Must have a driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Occasionally pick up parts and give customers rides.
