LV Petroleum is seeking a diligent Porter to join our team and help maintain clean, welcoming facilities for staff and customers. This role emphasizes hands-on cleaning, organization, and friendly customer interactions at the travel center location.

We value reliability and flexibility, with opportunities to support events and meetings. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior custodial work is a plus; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness within the facility, including restrooms, break areas, and entrances.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance and report major concerns.
• Set up and tear down equipment for meetings and events.
• Monitor janitorial supply levels and report needs to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly and approachable.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.
