Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a diligent Porter to ensure a clean, welcoming environment at our White Hills facility. You will perform daily cleaning, assist with minor repairs, and support event setups while maintaining safety standards.

We value reliability and a customer-focused approach, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Prior custodial experience is a plus; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, focusing on restrooms, break areas, and entrances.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance and report major concerns.
• Set up and tear down equipment for meetings and events.
• Monitor supplies and report needs to management.
• Provide friendly customer service and uphold safety standards.
