Job summary

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City is seeking a Utility Porter to join our General Services team. The role involves cleaning indoor and outdoor public spaces, floor care, restroom maintenance, and supply replenishment on a full-time swing shift with weekend requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to join Local 32BJ within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Preform general cleaning activities in indoors and outdoor public spaces, surfaces, and walls.
• Buffing and polishing of floors, shampooing carpets, and power washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and office spaces.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, and communicate low stock to relevant teams.
• Remove trash by emptying containers and transporting to disposal area.
