Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking dedicated porters to maintain clean facilities and greet guests. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, public spaces, set up/tear down for events, and restocking supplies. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well independently or in a team.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior custodial experience. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report repairs to management.
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
