TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to help keep our travel centers clean, safe and welcoming for travelers. You’ll work with the store team to maintain facilities and meet TA standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning areas, following safety guidelines, and using cleaning equipment. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused, with friendly and professional demeanor.
• Clear communicator able to follow safety guidelines.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the facility as directed to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment for guests and team members.
• Follow safety and security guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Wear protective equipment properly and manage cleaning supplies.
