Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to keep our travel centers welcoming for guests and drivers alike. You will contribute to a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment, delivering reliable service and a positive experience.

In this role you will clean all areas, follow safety and security guidelines, wear protective equipment, manage cleaning supplies, and perform other duties as assigned to maintain TA standards across our locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
