Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering project management including cost, schedule, performance and risk analysis.
• Ability to develop project baselines, program introduction documents, briefs and reports.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline; substitutions described in the posting.
• Active U.S. SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support project management lifecycle with emphasis on plumbing/civil engineering for government facilities.
• Review drawings, specs and scope; coordinate with architects, engineers and vendors.
• Track costs, schedules and resources; prepare presentations and status reports.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections for facility projects from inception to completion.
• Verify compliance with building codes and project standards; oversee on-site construction.
