Job summary

Walmart is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician in Norcross, GA to support store operations through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. You will inspect, diagnose, and fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry needs while coordinating with vendors and keeping detailed records.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a 2-year plumbing background along with a Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of a facility and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures using plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Manage work orders, schedules, and contractors; track parts and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EPA, and Walmart quality standards.
