Qualifications

• Overall understanding and experience in facility management; event industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and meeting the City’s driving requirements for City equipment.
• Current OSHA Forklift and Personnel Lift Certification.
• 3 years’ experience in maintenance of building and equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and correct facility plumbing systems.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls and make necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of workspaces.
