Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort is seeking a Facilities Plumber to keep water, drainage, and plumbing systems running safely across attractions, restrooms, restaurants, hotels, and the waterpark.

You''ll troubleshoot, perform planned maintenance, and support major projects in a fast-paced resort environment while upholding safety and quality workmanship. This hands-on role requires problem solving, reliability, and collaborative teamwork across facilities trades.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, water distribution, drainage, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a diverse Facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Work with water heaters, pumps, sinks, toilets, valves, backflow prevention devices, and related equipment.
• Maintain water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and irrigation systems throughout the resort.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues affecting attractions, restrooms, kitchens, restaurants, hotels, waterpark facilities, and administrative areas.
• Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, equipment issues, and potential system failures.
• Respond quickly to emergency plumbing calls to minimize operational downtime and guest impact.
