Qualifications

• 5 years of verifiable journey level experience or certification in relevant DOL apprenticed trade.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Indiana University.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and steam systems.
• Perform regular maintenance including replacing valves and mending pipes.
• Install appliances and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Conduct water treatments for various systems as needed.
