Responsibilities

• Directs, manages and schedules the facilities team and vendors.
• Develops and oversees capital and operating budgets; reports variances.
• Coordinates daily operations and project work for facilities.
• Enters and tracks work orders; ensures timely responses and feedback.
• Implements operating standards, policies and vendor contracts.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations.
