Job summary

You will manage project documentation workflows, coordinate architectural and engineering deliverables, support room data sheets and program validation, and lead coordination meetings to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of facilities planning/design/construction management experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation workflows including drawings, specs, records.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, and consultants to align deliverables.
• Support room data sheets, equipment planning, and program validation.
• Lead coordination meetings, agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with SHC standards and processes.
