Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 years in facility planning as a Planner or Engineer on DON or DOD projects.
• 1 year hands-on with Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs).
• Proficiency with DON facility planning principles, policies, and procedures.
• Experience using INFADS, GIS and/or AutoCAD.
• Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide NIWC Pacific with engineering, design, and review tasks within the area of responsibility.
• Develop facility planning documents and space analyses with NIWC PAC departments and contractors.
• Review PRC updates in iNFADS based on site surveys and tool validation.
• Assess facility configurations and recommend retention, upgrade, or demolition actions.
• Coordinate with Public Works, installation staff, and other contractors on relocation plans.
• Prepare DD Form 1391 and related planning documents per CNIC and NAVFAC guidance.
• Use INFADS, GIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office to manage project records.
