Job summary

The Sharon at SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Painter to maintain and refresh common areas, Healthcare/Assisted Living rooms, and residential spaces across the campus. You will handle planned and emergency work orders with a focus on timely completion and excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred), 3–5 years painting experience in facilities or residential settings, and strong organizational and customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years painting experience, preferably in facilities management or residential settings.
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders, updates to requestors, and emergency responses.
• Maintain paint supply inventories and order restocking as needed.
• Serve residents and staff with paint-related questions and requests.
