Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing for painting and refinishing.
• Apply paint, varnish and other finishes to interior/exterior surfaces to district standards.
• Refinish casework and furniture; perform minor repairs to maintain appearance and functionality.
• Tape, float, texture and finish drywall surfaces for painting readiness.
• Operate high-pressure water streams to clean exterior surfaces and remove old finishes as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure safe, organized workspaces and compliance with safety rules.
