Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Facilities Painter in Round Rock, TX to paint interior and exterior surfaces, patch EIFS as needed, and coordinate large painting projects. You will caulk, prep, and touch-up surfaces while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role supports guest experiences by ensuring a polished, welcoming property. Responsibilities include material estimation, fixture removal, and using spray equipment for larger jobs, with a focus on quality finishes

Qualifications

• Experience with interior and exterior painting
• Familiarity with EIFS patching is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Apply paint to drywall, doors, cabinets, and surfaces
• Estimate material quantities for projects
• Remove fixtures before painting and clean up after completion
• Prepare surfaces and patch as needed to ensure quality finish
