Responsibilities include on-call rotations, inventory handling, record maintenance, and collaboration with staff to ensure reliable building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in skilled nursing facility, retirement facility, hospital, customer service-oriented business, or building maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license for timely on-call response 24/7/365.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Read, write, comprehend basic communication, and speak English clearly.

Aufgaben

• Attends work as scheduled and demonstrates flexibility when operational needs require adjusted hours.
• Maintain inventory control and obtain part numbers for supplies, equipment and services.
• Maintain records as required by policies and procedures.
• Perform tests and inspections and update records per governing bodies.
• Available for on-call responsibility as determined by the schedule.
• Fill in for other staff during absences, vacations, or emergencies.
• Prepare resident rooms for move-ins, transfers, and vacancies.
• Maintain and repair equipment, lighting, plumbing and other systems under minimal supervision.
• Monitor HVAC controls nights, weekends, and extreme weather to ensure comfort and safety.
