Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Facility Operations Supervisor in Maryland to ensure safety and cleanliness across the club. The role involves acting as Manager on Duty when needed and working a schedule opposite the Facility Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety, and performing routine repairs, along with participating in safety trainings and inspections. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
