Insight Global is seeking a senior mechanical subject-matter expert to oversee the reliability and lifecycle performance of mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems in Abilene, Texas. You will shape architectures, lead troubleshooting, and drive efficiency improvements across facilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of large-tonnage cooling, CRAH/CRAC platforms, and robust risk communication. Collaboration with procurement, facilities, engineering, and operations is essential to ensure

Qualificações

• Extensive experience with mission-critical mechanical systems.
• Deep knowledge of chilled-water plants, large-tonnage cooling systems, CRAH/CRAC equipment, controls, redundancy, and failure modes.
• Ability to guide critical technical decisions, communicate risk, and mentor technicians.
• Experience reviewing commissioning plans, sequences of operation, maintenance strategies, and operational procedures.

• Strong LOTO and Safety understanding.

Purpose:

Senior mechanical subject-matter expert responsible for the reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle performance of mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems.
