Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help keep our club safe and clean. You will perform safety checks and repairs and work opposite the Facility Operations Manager schedule, acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 20+ lbs, CPR/AED within 30 days, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. This hourly role offers wages from 19.50 to 26.00 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs; bend as needed.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds.
• Ensures all conditions are safe in the facility.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance to ensure equipment works.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
