Job summary

The position reports to a Portfolio Manager. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, custodial/maintenance experience with supervisory duties, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in custodial or maintenance with lead or supervisory role required.
• Preferred: Associates degree or technical credential in business, operations, maintenance trades, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the school by monitoring and performing custodial activities.
• Maintain assigned area by dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and waxing floors; cleaning bathrooms and carpets.
• Schedule work of custodial staff and assist in staff selection and evaluations.
• Use cleaning and maintenance equipment; perform minor building maintenance and repairs.
