Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of experience operating, maintaining and repairing building systems.
• Two years of supervisory experience directing staff.
• Must have a Universal CFC certificate for HVAC/refrigeration work.
• Valid California Class C driver license required.
• Meet minimum qualifications by the final filing date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign duties to staff to meet standards.
• Inspect and repair building systems and coordinate service requests.
• Oversee building projects, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training and preventative maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Maintain payroll, records, inventories, and reports.
