Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and delegate schedules to ensure coverage.
• Evaluate performance and provide hands-on support.
• Identify and resolve issues; recommend improvements.
• Report issues to Operations Manager.
• Address customer concerns and process work orders.
• Oversee purchasing, supplies, and equipment usage.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure safety standards.
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.
