Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Seven (7) years of relevant facility services experience.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Facility Services operations within an assigned region to ensure services meet county needs (life-safety, repairs, grounds, snow removal, HVAC/R, Day Porter custodial).
• Oversee day-to-day CMMS processes and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Hire, onboard, train, evaluate, and discipline Facility Services staff; promote excellent service county-wide.
• Collaborate with FFM leadership to maintain assets efficiently and allocate resources.
