Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and read/interpret safety manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to queries from passengers and staff.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.

• Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to SOPs.
• Operate technology to track and process work orders.
