Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and read/interpret safety and operating documents.
• Experience with front-line supervision and adherence to SOPs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate technology to track and process work orders.
• Adhere to ADA non-discrimination requirements and safety standards.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
• Assist Managers to achieve strong operational performance.
• Manage staffing levels and daily schedules, including lunches and breaks.
