At Rivian, we are tasked with providing a world-class environment for our employees and visitors. As the Specialist, Facilities Operations, Services, you will serve as the tactical lead for our site-wide facility programs, with a heavy emphasis on On-Site Waste Logistics and Material Flow.
You will act as the "boots-on-the-ground" auditor and the secondary Point of Contact (POC) for our 3rd-party vendors. Your mission is to ensure that our service partners execute their Statement of Work (SOW) to the letter, maintaining consistent data integrity, financial accuracy, and a constant state of audit-readiness across the facility.
The salary range for this role is USD 71,000 - 88,800 for IL based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
