Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Specialist II, Facilities for its Property Operations team. You will support maintenance requests across Carvana locations, manage programs, and liaise with vendors and landlords to ensure services meet contract standards.

The role emphasizes relationship building, budgeting support, and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a facilities role.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Strong Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the facility maintenance request system for all Carvana locations in the assigned portfolio.
• Manage property maintenance programs and assist with site responsibilities.
• Develop relationships and act as a liaison between Carvana employees, external vendors, and landlords that maintain buildings and equipment.
• Assist with invoicing, annual maintenance budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Partner with vendors to ensure services meet contracts and standards and document any performance issues.
