Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Technician I/II, Facilities, to oversee hands-on maintenance, safety, and upkeep of assigned ADESA auction sites. This on-site role reports to the Facilities Team Lead and ensures buildings, grounds, and equipment meet company standards.

You’ll manage service requests through Service Channel, coordinate vendors, perform minor repairs, monitor safety, and support budget tracking. A valid driver's license and two years in supervision/maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site contact for facility maintenance and safety at assigned auction location.
• Manage day-to-day work orders through Service Channel.
• Perform minor repairs and escalate major repairs to Facilities Team Lead.
• Monitor facility conditions for cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
