Responsibilities

• Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment, and facility property.
• Performs routine and non‑routine facility inspections.
• Troubleshoots, escalates, and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.
• Researches and orders repair parts through the Housing storeroom process.
• Repairs if possible and makes referrals to Supervisor as necessary.
